District 4 – Delray Beach

Welcome to the District 4 – Delray Beach web page. My name is Mike Morales, and I am honored to serve as your commander for District 4. I am a graduate of Florida Southern College and the Senior Management Institute for Police (SMIP) and have over 22 years of law enforcement experience in Palm Beach County. As a Florida native, I was born and raised in West Palm Beach.

Whether you are a full-time resident, seasonal visitor, or just passing through, we strive to maintain high standards by building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional customer service to our community.

District 4 covers 38 square miles of unincorporated Palm Beach County. Our northern and southern boundaries extend from Clint Moore Road to the L-30 Canal, south of Flavor Pict Road. The eastern and western boundaries run from South Congress Avenue to the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge (see map below).

In addition to ensuring community safety, we emphasize community involvement, traffic enforcement, and crime prevention education. We have established strong partnerships with the County Commission, the Alliance of Delray, the Directors of Security group, and local Houses of Worship.

District 4 is staffed by fifty-four (54) sworn law enforcement officers and ten (10) civilian support staff. Our office is located at 14925 Cumberland Dr., Delray Beach, FL. Our team is available to assist the community in any way possible. You can reach us at our main number, (561) 688-4760.
